Return Policy

Exchange only on faulty products within 3 days. No returns, we can’t offer you a exchange if 3 days are passed.

We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. 

NOTE: The product should be in its original packing, as it was received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via hicase24x7@gmail.com   (expected response time 24-48 hours) or WhatsApp us on +918657951836 (2 working hours) for more information.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and we’ll send you a New Product.

We Need a 360 degree Unboxing Video of the Package to Claim the damage or any missing items, without Video No Replacement will be Offered.

We need the video, so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company , if there has been a theft or damaged during transit.

(We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item)

Original Equipment Manufacturer: We manufacture it directly from the factory, since, the products serial number is not registered under Official website.

FITTING: Our cases will fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any Skin or Film attached to the phone the case/cover will not fit perfectly. We (FRATO) will not be responsible for any such issues or concerns occurred to the buyer. 

WARRANTY: 20W Adapter, 15W MagSafe Charger & MagSafe Battery Pack, these items come with 3 months seller warranty.

 

Tempered Glass Screen Protector :

 if you are not confident in your abilities to apply tempered glass screen protectors, please contact professional service.

Our products are factory made molding, they are checked on real devices with precision. We don't sell raw products.

Curved display smartphones requires precision for tempered glass installation.

If you applied the glass dirtily or roughly, if the tempered glass screen protector doesn't want to glue due to wrong installation, we won't provide you replacement or refund.

Refund or replacement of tempered glass screen protectors will be applied for damaged on arrival products only.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  • Customer is not happy with the looks of a defect free product
  • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • An any damage caused by the user.
  • Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).

  • Not same as Advertised.

  • Purchased from local store or other website.
